By using webwisetechnology.com or engaging WebWise Technology for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

WebWise Technology provides web design, web development, SEO, and website maintenance services. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

Payment

Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. For projects over $5,000, the split is 25% deposit / 75% on delivery. Productized services (speed fix, mobile overhaul, etc.) are paid in full at order time.

Revisions

Project packages include the number of revision rounds stated in the service description. Additional revisions beyond what is included are billed at $60/hour.

Warranty

All builds include a 6-month warranty for bugs and defects caused by our implementation. The warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party plugin updates, client modifications, or hosting/server issues outside our control.

Care plans

Care plans are month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice required. Content edits are subject to fair use — tasks taking more than 30 minutes are quoted separately.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns all deliverables created specifically for their project. WebWise Technology retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

Limitation of liability

WebWise Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
